Tate modern

Had a beautiful visit to TATE modern recently. 2 very different but similarly amazing shows - Paul Klee and Richard Hamilton.

I found quite some similarities between my work and work by Paul Klee - the bright colours, the patterns, the small scale...

Richard Hamiltons work is very different to mine as it is much more painterly, but also very colourful.

One of the rare cases when i have similarly enjoyed both temporarily shows at the TATE.

Here are some paintings in my usual abstract style, but this time i have decided to make patterns look a bit like ribbons which seem to fascinate me recently.

Here are some photos of the new pieces from my ongoing cycle of unconscious paintings (cut its from my aprons where i wipe off my brushes).

I have decided to make arrangements of the smaller pieces in order to make them more interesting visually.

Some photography i made of my newest piece in different places around my flat to see where i might want to place my work for the degree show. I really like number one and too, they are most effective looking.
